I don't know how many people will have heard of them, they're not very big in the Anglophone world, bit I do adivse people to give them a chance-brilliant band, make some fantastic songs. So go on to itunes(only legal downloads..) and get a few songs. I advise ,,Nur Ein Wort" and ,,Die Zeit heilt alle Wunder"
